Jiang Fengchun (Party Secretary)
Jiang Fengchun, male, Han ethnicity, a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), was born in November 1971 and is originally from Pulandian, Liaoning Province. He holds a PhD degree and is a professor and doctoral supervisor. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Shenyang Normal University and his doctorate from Xiamen University. He has served as Director of the Graduate Affairs Office (Graduate Work Department of the CPC Committee), at Dalian University of Foreign Languages, as well as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of the university. He also served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Liaoning Normal University. He is currently a member of the Party Committee, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of Shenyang Normal University.
