Yang Song (Principal)
Yang Song, female, Han ethnicity, a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), was born in February 1968 and is originally from Shenyang, Liaoning Province. She is a PhD holder, a Second-Class Professor and doctoral supervisor, and served as a deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Liaoning University and her doctorate from Wuhan University. She has served as Dean of the Law School, Dean of the Graduate School, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Liaoning University. She is currently a member of the Party Committee, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and President of Shenyang Normal University.
