Tang Libao (Vice President)
Tang Libao, male, Han ethnicity, a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), was born in March 1979 and is originally from Fuxin, Liaoning Province. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree, and is an associate research fellow. He received his bachelor’s degree from Shenyang Normal University and his master’s degree from Capital Normal University. He has served as Deputy Director of the University Affairs Office, Director of the Party and Administration Office, Member of the Standing Committee, Director of the Organization Department, and concurrently Secretary of the CPC Committee of Administrative Offices at Shenyang Normal University. He is currently a member of the Party Committee, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice President of Shenyang Normal University and concurrently Director of the CPC Organization Department of Shenyang Normal University.
